Safe use of bouncy castle when on hire

This page gives some guidence as to how the bouncy castle should be used and supervised.

It is important that the customer understands what there reponsibility's are when hiring and supervising a bouncy castle.

The bouncy castle and the children using it must be supervised at all times. We recommend that at least one adult over the age of eighteen is asigned the job of supervising the children and bouncy castle. It is not acceptable to leave the equipment without at least one designated supervisor.

Children using the bouncy castle should be of similar size and age.

Shoes, specticals, jewelry, or any sharp items must not be worn on the bouncy castle.

Toys or any other objects must not be taken onto the inflatable, as they could cause injury or damage to the inflatable.

Food or drink of any kind must not be taken onto the castle.

The max user sizes and capacities displyed on the castle must not be exeeded, please ask for specifications before booking.

The castle must only be used for the purpose it has been designed for, missuse may result in injury to the user or damage to the equipment, for which the customer will billed.

Children must not be allowed to climb the walls of the inflatable or perform acrobatics such as back flips.

Rough play must not be permitted, and should be stopped if it arises.

Water or any other fluids must not be put onto the inflatable.

The castle should not be used in wet conditions or strong winds.

The open area to the front of the castle must be kept free of obstruction at all times.

In the event that a power failure occures, the users should be evacuated straight away before the inflatable deflates.

Party poppers or streamers must not be taken onto the inflatable as they could staine, for which the customer will be billed.
